Meet Gia! This 11-year-old chihuahua mix was recently transferred to us from San Francisco Animal Care and Control. She likes going for long, fun walks, playing and chasing after toys, and exploring her surroundings using her sense of smell. And of course, as a small dog, she’s ready to spend lots of time in your lap, receiving ample pets! We’ve noticed that she prefers the company of people, rather than other dogs, so Gia might do best in a quieter home and neighborhood, as the only dog in the home. Might she be a good fit for you?
