Due to the pandemic, we are adhering to CDC personal hygiene protocols. We have also increased the frequency and level of cleaning at both our Mission and Pacific Heights campuses. We will continue to monitor local and federal health agencies for guidance to ensure our actions align with their recommendations. From the North Bay
Take Highway 101 across the Golden Gate Bridge. Stay on 101 heading south, and exit at Lombard. Take Lombard (approximately 12 blocks) to Van Ness. Make a right turn on Van Ness and follow for approximately 2 miles, all the way across Market Street (where the street turns into South Van Ness). Continue on for four blocks until you reach 16th Street. Make a left onto 16th Street. Travel 2-1/2 blocks down 16th Street and make a left on Alabama Street.
From the East Bay
Take I-80 West across the Bay Bridge. Exit at 9th Street Civic Center off ramp. Make a wide left turn onto Harrison (a multi-lane, 1-way Street). Follow for approximately 6 blocks, to 16th Street. Make a left onto 16th Street. Travel 2-1/2 blocks down 16th Street and make a left on Alabama Street.
From the Peninsula
Take Highway 101 (or 280 north to the 101) north. Exit at the Vermont Street off ramp. Make first left onto Vermont Street. Follow 2 blocks downhill to 16th Street. Make a left onto 16th Street. Travel 2-1/2 blocks down 16th Street and make a right on Alabama Street.

For a $50 fee*, the Vet Triage veterinarian will help you determine if your pet’s needs are, in fact, a true emergency and/or provide guidance for at-home care if appropriate.
