Stephanie Cataldo grew-up in the San Francisco Bay Area and dreamed of being a veterinarian her whole life. At a young age, her first dog, a Doberman-Shepherd mix named Lola, was her inspiration and her true companion. Stephanie feels privileged and fulfilled to be a part of the veterinary profession. She has always felt at home among animals.
Stephanie received a bachelor’s degree in Animal Science from UC Davis and completed her doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from Western University of Health Sciences. Since working in the field, she has developed special interests in pain management, acupuncture, care of senior animals and loves working with underprivileged communities and shelter animals. When not at work, Stephanie loves to travel and spend time outdoors. Currently, her fur family includes one mischievous and incredibly lovable cat named Stella.
