We accept food prescriptions from outside veterinarians. Bring your food prescription to the kiosk on the first floor of the hospital during regular business hours, 7 days a week, from 8am to 6pm. You can also call (415) 522-3555 (our food refill line) or text (415) 554-3030 to inquire about food availability. Medication prescriptions or refills from outside veterinarians cannot be filled.
