Meet the most gorgeous blue-eyed bombshell! Mirabel is a 10-month-old Beagle mix with a smile as big as her heart. This soft and sweet girl was just transferred into our care from Fresno. As she settles in, she is definitely figuring out city living but still endlessly sweet and affectionate.
