Kili’s at your service! Meet Kili, a 10-month-old Carolina Dog mix (not a dwarf, unlike his fictional counterpart.) Kili came to us from Fresno Animal Center and he’s still figuring out how he fits into the cityscape. Kili is quite shy now and much prefers to spend the days in his room, getting gentle pets, rather than exploring his new home.

Kili hasn’t figured out walks yet, but sometimes other dogs will help him, and he’ll follow them out to play. Of course, once he gets outside, he prefers to lay in the sun than play but he’s very content to watch the other dogs get all rough-and-tumble.

Kili needs an adopter who will go slow with him and take things day-by-day. He’s not the kind of dog who’ll be ready to go out exploring on day 1 – and that’s okay! He’s a dog that asks that you take your time with him and before you know it, he’ll be showing off his young energy in his own way. Are you ready to embark on the journey of a lifetime?
