Otto is a 6-month-old Shepherd mix who came our way from Tulare County. This soft and sweet fella is still figuring out his new environment and as he settles in, he’ll need some TLC to build up his confidence.

Shy but sweet, Otto gives gentle eye contact and is happy for yummy treat snacks. Once he realizes you’re a friend, he comes over full of tail wags and snuggles. He needs some confidence building and he’ll be the perfect pup!
