Meet Scented — a dog who, despite his name, does not have any particularly strong odor, good or bad. Scented is a 9-month-old American Red Heeler mix who came to us from Tulare County Animal Services. Scented is certainly shy in this new place but he’s becoming a skilled sniff-vestigator; exploring every nook and cranny of San Francisco with his nose!

Scented would love a family who give him the time and space to become the goodest baby that we know he is. He also may like a new name; that’s up to you! But above all, he just wants to be adored and cared for so he can show you just how silly he can be. Scented is sniffing around and he tells us, you smell like home. Come meet him today!
