Julius is a 1.5-year-old Chihuahua mix who came to us from Tulare County Animal Services. The long drive and brand-new city sounds and smells are a bit spooky for a fella as little as him, but he’s learning with each passing day.

At this moment in time, Julius is a wallflower of a boy. He prefers to keep to the quiet, calm side of the world.
