It’s (almost) a summer night and you’re browsing the SF SPCA website and who do you see but Sandy? This truly adorable 2-year-old Chihuahua mix just made her way to us from Tulare County Animal Services. Sandy’s a sweet, friendly, and wiggly little lady who’s ready to be hopelessly devoted to you.

Sandy has just been shown a leash for the first time so, like her musical counterpart, she’s gonna shape up and learn about leash walking on these city streets.
