Meet the sweetiest boy in the shelter! Lando is a 10-month-old Shepherd mix with a smile as big as his heart. This soft and sweet boy was just transferred into our care from Tulare County Animal Services. As he settles in, he is definitely on the shy side but still very affectionate. Once he realizes you’re a friend, he comes over full of tail wags and snuggles. He just needs some confidence building and he’ll be the perfect pup!
