A gorgeous flower is here, ready to bloom right in front of your eyes. Hibiscus is a 1-year-old Chihuahua mix who made the long journey to us from Fresno Animal Center. Hopping off the van, she was a bit nervous in her new environment, but she discovered something that makes it all worth it: sitting in a lap. She adores it and you will have to wriggle around to get her to stop snuggling.

Hibiscus is so quick to warm up to new people once she understands that cuddles are an option.
