Meet Radar, a sweet one and a half year old American Blue Heeler mix from Tulare County. Much like radar technology, he’s intelligent, loyal and observant. New to city life, he’s still adjusting to the new sights, sounds and smells, but with lots of gentle encouragement he’s sure to blossom into his friendly, energetic and loyal self.
