Howdy, folks! Rootin’ tootin’ Tex may not come from Texas but he’s full of the Texan hospitality and charm that the state is known for. This gentle giant may be missing a leg but that hasn’t stopped him from walking around with a cute little bounce in his step. Tex loves greeting everyone he meets here in the shelter with a “howdy, have any treats?” and he’s ready to expand his circle of friends with a new home.
