Santiago is a young adult tricolored Chihuahua mix, recently transferred to us from Fresno County. So far, he’s been easy to leash up for exploratory walks in the neighborhood. He leans in for pets, and loves a good back scratch. If you are looking for a smaller dog that enjoys both indoor and outdoor bonding, Santiago might be your guy!
