This is the best Summer San Francisco could ask for! An estimated 2-year-old Australian Shepherd mix, this sweet girl is warming up a little more each day. When first meeting Summer she can start off a little shy but once you’re in, you’re in—you get fully body leans and maybe even an attempt to crawl into your lap for cuddles. Summer is still getting used to her new digs and appreciates when the humans let her explore at her own pace and retreat back to the safety of the indoors if necessary. She shows us her thanks by asking for love and pets which is starting to create a reputation of herself around here as a volunteer favorite. Can you stand to be away from this lovebug any longer?
