Chunko is a 6-year-old Shepherd mix with a dapper grin and calm personality. In the time Chunko has been here, he hasn’t shown us his full personality, but we can tell he’s a sweetie! Chunko has shown us that he particularly enjoys long walks with all kinds of things to sniff, tug of war with his favorite people, and the occasional back scratch (once you’re friends, of course!)

Chunko can be a bit forward on leash sometimes but is working on his leash manners and is showing great progress! He gets excited about the concept of other dogs but he’s not quite sure about them in reality. Chunko’s just looking for someone who wants a lowkey dog — that’s who he is!
