David Tateosian

Board Member

David Tateosian is a Senior Financial Services Executive with a track record of successfully executing top-level strategy and driving business development and growth. As President of First Republic Securities Company, LLC and part of First Republic Bank’s management team, he is responsible for strategic initiatives, leading and operating First Republic’s broker dealer, retirement plan, foreign exchange, and insurance business lines. His role also includes leading institutional deposit funding efforts. He is a speaker at wealth management industry conferences.

Mr. Tateosian earned his Bachelor of Science degree from University of Vermont and is a graduate of Harvard Business School’s General Management Program. He is an Arbitrator for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Inc. He served on the Board of Directors of the San Francisco Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SF/SPCA) from 2005 through 2015 and is presently a member of its Investment Committee. He currently serves as Vice President on the Board of Directors of, and volunteers as a coach for, the San Francisco Youth Hockey Association.

Growing up in Massachusetts, Mr. Tateosian took on his mother’s passion for animals of all kinds and there was always a shelter cat as a family member.  He now lives in San Mateo with his wife Nicola, son Sam, and their beloved dog Felicity – adopted from the SF SPCA!
