Fresh from San Francisco Animal Care and Control, where he was a favorite among volunteers and staff, Phil arrives with excellent references and an already established fan club. Whether the event is a formal dinner, a casual evening on the sofa or simply opening a can of cat food, Phil believes in looking his best.

This social and sweet gentleman loves meeting new friends and is always eager to have a little chat. Phil has plenty to say, most of which can be loosely translated as, “Hello, it is lovely to meet you, and I believe you should be petting me now.”
