It’s mister Clem! Clem is a handsome 1-year-old Shepherd mix who came to us from Tulare County. Clem adores making human friends, training, and being way too sweet. He will gently ask for pets and attention, and our volunteers consistently describe him as a sweetheart.

You may notice Clem’s eye has an unusual appearance. Unfortunately, he was found with a foxtail in his eye and he’s still healing from it. Fortunately for him and us, it’s just left a unique look for him and hasn’t reduced his eyesight! It’s a one-of-a-kind look that he has, and we know his person will find it adorable.
