Summer Animal Camp Cancellation and Refund Policy

Please note: There is a separate cancellation and refund policy for school-year programs below.

 

  • A $25 administrative fee will be charged to any cancellations or changes. 
  • All cancellations must be in writing by email or fax.
  • For cancellations received prior to May 1, we will provide a full refund of the tuition (or of the adjusted financial aid tuition), minus the $25 administrative fee for each session.
  • Enrollment cancellations made on or after May 1 will not be guaranteed a refund. A refund of 50 percent will be given if we are able to fill the space after the cancellation. We are unable to provide a refund if the cancellation is made within one week of the program starting.
  • We require one month's notice in writing if you would like to switch your registration to a future program date.

Humane Education Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you need to cancel your child’s enrollment in a San Francisco SPCA program, please notify us as soon as possible so we can notify other families of the opening.

 

  • All cancellations must be in writing by email or fax.
  • For cancellations received one month or more in advance, we will provide a 100 percent refund.
  • For cancellations received less than one month in advance, a partial refund of 70 percent will be given only if we are able to fill the space after the cancellation.
  • We do not provide a refund for program cancellations received less than one week in advance.
  • We require one month's notice in writing if you would like to switch your registration to a future program date. Please note, a $25 administrative fee will be charged to any cancellations or changes. 
  • If we decide to cancel a program due to lack of interest, we will provide those enrolled a full refund.
