Meet Cheeky! A sweet, loving older gal who’s made the city her home after being semi-stray in Santa Rosa. Her hobbies include snoozing basically anywhere (especially under the covers), chatting, getting brushed, and hanging in a sunny garden spot. Although her playing days are mostly behind her, she’s very sociable with people and loves to be around others. She doesn’t get along with dogs, I’m not sure about other cats – she would probably be happiest in a home where she’s the only animal. She appreciates the pleasure of an early breakfast though will happily snuggle back up afterwards.

For the last two years she’s been primarily an indoor cat though we have an enclosed yard that she loves to wander in as well. Her high jump days are behind her due to some arthritis so she doesn’t wander beyond the yard.

Cheeky was diagnosed with heart disease 2 years ago shortly after finding her new home in San Francisco, though her condition has been stable without medication since then. She would be happiest with someone who’s lifestyle tends more towards being at home rather than traveling a ton.

She’s up to date on flea medication and shots, is spayed, and litter box trained.
