Are you ready to snuggle? This girl is! Jazzy is a 3-year-old Chihuahua mix with a smile as big as her heart. This soft and sweet girl was just transferred into our care from Fresno Animal Center. As she settles in, she is definitely on the shy side but still very affectionate.
