Give it up for Kelsey Plum! This 1 year old Maltese mix has been a total trooper in the time we’ve known her. Named after an Olympic basketball star, Kelsey came to us from Tulare with some surprise medical concerns. She had a hip surgery and an abdominal wall repair, and spent some time in a foster home healing from her surgeries. Now, she’s feeling better and is ready to find a forever home!
