We have received an overwhelming response from the public seeking to help animals in need during the coronavirus outbreak. Since the shelter-in-place order began we have placed more than hundreds of animals into foster homes and received thousands of offers to foster.
We are humbled and grateful for this response from you, our community of animal lovers in San Francisco and the Bay Area. At this time, we are actively working on our processes to bring animals to our community waiting to foster and adopt while protecting our employees and the community as we comply with social distancing guidelines.
We will be sending an update in the near future to everyone who has reached out and let us know they are interested in fostering or adopting an animal. Thank you for your patience and support, and for your commitment to helping to save animals in need.
