Dr. Elena Chatcuff is a San Francisco native that earned her B.S in Animal Science at UC Davis in 2009 and D.V.M. from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine in 2014. She completed her clinical rotations at Texas A&M School of Veterinary Medicine. 

Dr. Chatcuff joined the SF SPCA as a veterinarian in May 2018. She feels fortunate to be a part of this amazing organization and the supportive community of animal lovers that work here. Her professional interests include general practice, acupuncture, and integrative medicine. 

Dr. Chatcuff has 3 pets, her cat Tuck from UC Davis, dog Bradley from the Caribbean, and a recently adopted ex-racehorse Haku. Outside of work she enjoys surfing, traveling, and training her horse for Eventing, an equestrian sport where a single horse and rider combination compete against other combinations across the three disciplines of dressage, cross-country, and show jumping.
