Calling All Cat Lovers!

Don’t miss the best cat behavior event of the year! Our annual Feline Science Symposium is taking place on Saturday, October 5. Our panel of experts will cover everything from cat socialization and best feeding practices to managing cat allergens and the amazing SPORE (Shelters Preventing Outbreaks of Ringworm through Education) program founded at the SF SPCA. This is THE best cat behavior and welfare science event of the year! A light breakfast and beverages will be provided.

If one day of cat-tastic fun isn’t enough, join us for a Wine & Whiskers Reception the night before the symposium (Friday, October 4, 7pm – 9pm) to visit adorable cats, tour our Mission Campus, and hear a presentation on Kitten Kindergarten from Feline Shelter Behavior Programs Coordinator Sarah Welsh. Plus, Duke the Therapy Cat will be making an appearance! Find details and ticket information for both events here.
