Senior Pup-Pilates 2 is a continuation of Senior Pup-Pilates 1. In this class, we'll work on more advanced exercises for whole body awareness, strength, and flexibility. We'll help you organize and design a regular workout schedule for your dog, and also work on refining the training skills you learned in the first set of classes. As in Pup-Pilates 1, we'll tailor the exercises for your dog's specific abilities to ensure a safe and fun experience for all.
Frequency & Duration: 75 minutes per week for 6 weeks
Fee: $275 (If your dog was adopted from a shelter or 501(c)(3) rescue group, the fee is $250). Auditing spaces (human-only attendance) are available for $100. If interested in auditing, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or 415-522-3509.
Course prerequisites: Completion of Senior Pup-Pilates 1. Dogs must be 8 years of age or older, and able to be handled gently by a friendly stranger. Dogs should have adequate mobility such that they are able to transition from a sit to a stand without difficulty, and are able to stand and walk. Dogs should be comfortable around other dogs on-leash. Dogs should be current on vaccinations or have adequate titer.

Class includes: Handouts and Certificate of Completion. Some equipment used in class will be available for optional purchase, for in-home practice.
