For graduates of Adolescent Manners 1 or equivalent, this class is designed to advance and polish your dog's manners and add new twists and challenges. You will improve your dog's sit, down, stay, heel, and come when called, and work on "leave it" and "go to your mat." Continued work on impulse control exercises will also be a priority.
Frequency & Duration: 1 hour per week for 5 weeks. Dogs attend all 5 classes.
Fee: $175 (If your dog was adopted from a 501(c)3 rescue group or shelter, or has taken a class with us in the past year, the fee is $150)
Course prerequisites: Successful completion of Adolescent Manners 1, or an equivalent class at another organization. Dogs should be between 6 months and 1 year old, and be fairly competent with sit, down, stay, come, and walking on a loose leash. Dogs must be able to be handled gently by a friendly stranger and be able work around people and other dogs on leash.
Course includes: Homework and certificate of completion
