The Whole Enchihuahua 2013It's time to whip out your best doggie outfits and costumes and remind your pooch how to strut his or her stuff, because this year's The Whole Enchihuahua Catwalk Costume Contest is coming at you. All dogs are welcome to enter and the first 125 entrants will receive a complimentary Designed for Good hand soap from Method! Prizes include: Luxury package from K9 Scrub Club, a Pet Camp whirlwind doggie weekend stay, a year's supply of Method Home products, certificates from Mijo & Bambi, Happy Hounds Massage and the San Francisco SPCA and more!

The competition is fierce, and amazing prizes and bragging rights are at stake; click here to catch a glimpse of what past pups have shown up wearing! Don't have a costume? No problem! Spin the prize wheel to win one at the event. No dog? We'll help you meet adoptable dogs who would love to go home with you!

This yearly event, presented by 7x7 and the SF SPCA, is a super fun way to help raise awareness for the plight of the mighty Chihuahua. They're the breed most in need of rescue – Chihuahuas and Chihuahua mixes are overrepresented in most shelters in Northern California. The Whole Enchihuahua is the capper on a three month-long campaign to find these little guys new, loving homes with free adoptions and help prevent the overpopulation with free spay/neuter at the SF SPCA. Chihuahuas are waiting for your help, healing, and hugs.
