Copy of Shy Dog Seminar

Is your dog shy or fearful? Does he get overwhelmed during walks because he's fearful of people, dogs, or the city environment? Does he shy away from friends and family when they visit? Is he scared in new situations, or does he become fearful of you in some situations? Do you want to better understand why your dog acts the way he does? We can help!

In this seminar you'll learn how you can help your dog overcome his fear and anxiety, so that he can be more relaxed and happy. We'll teach you about the body language of fear, including slides and video presentation on why dogs are afraid and the link between fear and aggression.

You'll also learn about aids and therapies that can ease canine anxiety, setting realistic expectations for rehabilitation, and training and management tools specifically for fearful dogs. You'll have the opportunity to address questions to Dr. Jeannine Berger, DACVB, and Brenda Cawley.

The seminar is for guardians only–no dogs, please.
