At the San Francisco SPCA we are committed to making San Francisco a city of safe, happy, well-behaved dogs and responsible dog owners. We are also dedicated to helping pets stay in loving homes. Our Behavior and Training Department offers a broad range of educational programs and services. The goal is to help the public understand dog behavior and to assist people in training their dogs and dealing with common behavior problems.
